Snow Days!.... April Fools??

No, REALLY!!! I just finished "Snow Days"! The back was the last chore....pieced from leftover pieces from the quilt top (and a few of the darker pieces that I ended up not using) I'd wanted the center area to be darker than the outer border, but once I started putting it up on the design wall, I ended up re-making several of the center blocks in lighter fabric combinations to tone it down a tad. This was SO MUCH fun to make!!! We all actually stood around here yesterday trying to decide which house we'd want to live in if it was a real community.... I know, we're pretty goofy!!!
If you look closely (click on pic to make it bigger) you'll be able to see that some of the trees flow out over the pieced portion of the outer border!
Now I have to get to work on writing the new patterns.....know where I'LL be for the next few weeks! Right in front of this computer!!!
See Ya!!
Meg

I just love, love, love your work and designs! I was so excited to see an article on you in Quilter's home ! (...but it was way too short and should have give the reader reference to your blog and site too. The article needed about 4 more pages with pictures and print to do you full justice!!) Congratulations on being featured and your patterns and much success always!

Is it already available or is it a new release also?? I LOVE YOUR STUFF!! THANK YOU for continuing to inspire us with your fun designs! I am beginning to feel addicted! If I don't have a stitchery to work on I feel fidgety now! HAHA!

Snow Days is absolutely beautiful! I made the embroidered snowman quilt in about 2 1/2 years. I am very pleased with the results. It just took me too long. I have just ordered Hocuspocusville. I am soooo excited to start that one. Maybe I can finish it in just 2 years. Your creativity is fabulous! Thank you so much for sharing your talent with all of us.
